Our Story
RNR — Recharge N Refuel — is an Australian hydration brand built for mining, construction, and industrial workplaces.
We exist to hydrate the people who work in the toughest conditions — and to give them a better, healthier alternative to what they've been handed for years.
For too long, the hydration on worksites has been the same sugar-loaded, artificially sweetened stuff that's been sitting in crib rooms for decades. Nobody built anything better, because nobody building it had done the work.
RNR is the healthier alternative. Clean electrolytes, no sugar, no artificial sweeteners — formulated to actually hold up across a long shift in real heat. Made for the conditions it's used in, by people who work in them.

Christian Williams
Founder
RNR was founded by Christian Williams, a tradesman in the Pilbara. After years working 12-hour shifts in 45°C heat doing heavy labouring work, Christian was sick of finishing the day flat and drained — despite drinking the electrolytes provided on site.
He knew the stuff wasn't doing its job, so he set out to build something that would. He developed and tested RNR on site, in real conditions, on the same shifts it's made for.
I built RNR because I needed it and it didn't exist. I was drinking what we were given and still coming home worn out. So I made something that actually works — for us, the people doing the work."
